Evening shift availability: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Rotating every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
- Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
- Provide medication reminders
- Support and educate family members on safe care techniques
- Monitor client safety and report concerns to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely care documentation per company policy and care plans
- Engage clients in activities and outdoor enjoyment when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable with basic cooking and housekeeping
- Experience with dementia care is helpful
- Experience with traumatic brain injury (TBI) care is helpful
- Enjoys outdoor activities and engagement

Tech-comfortable: Able to use smartphones, tablets, and apps for tasks such as placing grocery orders and completing electronic charting/documentation
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check, driving record check, and drug screen
- Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines

Must be willing to commute within a 30-mile radius of the Mankato office to clients’ homes

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
