 At Freedom Home Care, we’re looking for a Compassionate Caregiver to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

🕒 Schedule

  • Overnight Shifts: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Evening Shift: Wednesdays | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

💙 What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as a helper, companion, and trusted support all rolled into one:

  • Offering companionship, conversation, and a friendly presence

  • Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing

  • Helping with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

  • Preparing meals and snacks with care

  • Light housekeeping to keep the home safe and cozy

  • Medication reminders

  • Running errands and assisting with shopping

  • Supporting and educating family members on safe care techniques

🌈 What We’re Looking For

You might be a perfect fit if you are:

  • Patient, compassionate, dependable, and respectful

  • Knowledgeable in Lewy Body Dementia care

  • Experienced with mechanical lifts

  • Comfortable with basic cooking and housekeeping

  • A strong communicator who leads with kindness

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role

🚗 Must-Haves

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & up-to-date auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen

  • Ability to follow all health and safety guideline
